Our Story
Oscar’s, was established in 2017, and was created by two brothers, with a goal to bring Delicious Authentic Mexican Food, into the homes of our local community in Olathe, KS.
Oscar’s was an idea we both had since high school, and finally able to make it a reality, after we both graduated from Olathe East. Oscar graduated in 2012 and Delfino in 2015. Oscar took classes at JCCC and worked to save money, Delfino Graduated in 2015 and went to JCCC, and specifically took classes to help out with the business side of Oscar’s; while also working a part time job to save up money to start Oscar’s.
Why Oscar’s and not Delfino’s?
When we were starting we noticed that “every letter counts” when it comes to printing, and signs. We decided Oscar’s because, it was shorter and a lot easier to pronounce.

Oscar’s partners with charities such as KidsTLC, The Muffin Group, Mid America Nazarene and is a proud member of the Olathe Chamber of Commerce.
